My recent podcast that I did with my longtime friend and former boss, Jeff Lurcook was one that I wasn't sure I would ever do. Why? Because I shared some of the most painful, difficult and vulnerable times in my life.

It's never easy to share publicly your shortcomings, failures and life challenges. I thought and prayed about it a lot! I reached out to a dear friend for their feedback and this is what they told me. "Follow your heart! Seems like you are! You can never be wrong when following your heart". Well, that's what I did!
