My recent podcast that I did with my longtime friend and former boss, Jeff Lurcook was one that I wasn't sure I would ever do. Why? Because I shared some of the most painful, difficult and vulnerable times in my life.

It's never easy to share publicly your shortcomings, failures and life challenges. I thought and prayed about it a lot!
