My recent podcast that I did with my longtime friend and former boss, Jeff Lurcook was one that I wasn't sure I would ever do. Why? Because I shared some of the most painful, difficult and vulnerable times in my life. It's never easy to share publicly your shortcomings, failures and life challenges. I thought and prayed about it a lot! I reached out to a dear friend for their feedback and this is what they told me. "Follow your heart! Seems like you are! You can never be wrong when following your heart". Well, that's what I did! As Jeff and I were having our conversation, I was overcome with emotions several times. Jeff's honesty and personal interactions were heartwarming. Jeff, thank you so much for participating in the podcast, sharing your life, and most of all your friendship! Over the years, I've made many mistakes and I'm sure I'll make more. But, through it all, I feel so incredibly blessed to have so many beautiful people in my life. If you listen to the podcast, I hope you get some inspiration to pursue your dreams, don't be afraid to fail and to let those in your life know you love and appreciate them every day.
